Random Thoughts and Sweet Finds

I just found out, from reading my feeds no less, that Google Maps has recently unveiled “My Maps”…which is kind of their way of saying they’ve added extra info to their online map service. Now, users can personalize their maps by adding content (anything from gas prices to crime statistics) either from Google Maps itself or even from other websites. I’ve tried some of the content out and there are some very useful things out there you can put on Google Maps now.

Probably the gas prices widget for now, although that might change.
